■As Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of WeWantMore, Ruud Belmans has helped shape the studio into one of Belgium's most respected design agencies, now expanding internationally with a new London location. His work spans hospitality, retail, and workplace design for global brands including AccorHotels, Corinthia, Hilton, and Marriott.

Since co-founding WeWantMore in 2006, he has led a 40+ person team to deliver award-winning interiors and branding recognized by the AHEAD Awards, Architizer Awards, and Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. His hallmark lies in creating immersive, culturally relevant concepts where brand and space amplify each other.

Today, Ruud places sustainability at the heart of his practice. He is pioneering Monark, an "impact engineering" software that tracks carbon intensity and circularity in interior design. This vision has fueled projects such as The Mush Room, a mycelium bar installation in London, and a next-generation sustainable restaurant for McDonald's, projected to be four to five times more sustainable than current formats.

On stage and in practice, Ruud challenges industries to design smarter, think bolder, and embrace sustainability as a driver of creativity and change.
