When we created Hoet&Hoet 37 years ago, we didn't use the word "sustainability."

We simply believed something essential: a brand must be built to last.

Not in a rigid way, but endure with grace. Stay relevant. Grow and resonate with its audience. Outlive the trends that try to define it.

Long before "sustainable branding" became a buzzword, our instinct was to design identities that could breathe, adapt, and stay true to themselves.

Brands that resist visual noise.
Brands that don't reinvent everything every two years.
Brands that age well, like good stories do.

We are still here. Still independent. Still among the leading brand studios in Belgium.

Not because we chased trends, but because we learned how to look beyond them.

SOL: AUTHENTIC BY NATURE

SOL, the agricultural project from Pedroches, embodies this philosophy.

When we shaped its identity, our goal was to honour a place, a land, a craft.

SOL means light in Spanish, earth in French. A perfect duality for a project rooted in authenticity.

SOL does not claim values. It expresses them by being true.

This is the essence of sustainable branding.

OUR SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

Even when a briefing does not mention "sustainability," it is always present in our work.

Our responsibility and perhaps our shared responsibility as Belgian branding agencies  is to design brands that:
