■The first We Are EDN restaurant concept in the EMEAA region launched at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal. Hilton’s in-house creative consultancy, StiR Creative Collective, developed the concept and partnered with WeWantMore to bring it to life through bold colours, natural materials, and curated artwork from local artists.

The challenge was to create a space rooted in nature while capturing Amsterdam’s creative energy. Highlights include a site-specific mural of flowering tulips and artwork by Jordy van den Nieuwendijk showcasing local icons. Vibrant tones like forest green, terracotta orange, patterned seating, green tiling, and lush plant life make the space cozy and lively, while Amsterdam’s three-X symbol appears as a ceiling installation, tying the design to its cultural context.
