■As part of its net zero 2050 commitment, McDonald’s partnered with the WeWantMore team to reimagine restaurant interiors through sustainable design. The concept is bold, inviting, and future-ready—proving that circular design can support brand experience while meaningfully advancing sustainability goals.

To achieve this, traditional glued laminates, powder coatings, and non-recyclable materials were replaced with a décor model built on simplicity and disassembly. Mechanical fixings allow components to be separated for recycling, over 80% of the wood is PEFC certified, recycled plastics are used throughout, and long-life lighting includes replaceable LED chips.
