HERITAGE
For the design concept, we reached back to RECOR's rich "heritage. We chose a powerful, rather masculine aesthetic that contrasts with the softer, lighter designs.
At the same time, we retained simplicity and sophistication - essential for a premium brand experience. The result? A thoughtful design that feels both timeless and modern and perfectly aligns with the brand values.
RICH LOGO
RECOR's new logo is characterized by an elegant serif letter. This emphasizes the brand's craftsmanship and rich history . A unique logo was designed for each division - Recor Seating, Recor Bedding, and Recor Group. These logos vary subtly while maintaining a coherent visual identity.
EMBLEM
RECOR's emblem, a stamp-like shape, reinforces the brand's authenticity while referring to the company's founder, René Corthouts.
There are two graphic elements in the branding: the Recor logo as a frame, which provides layering and dynamism. And the cropped logo as a signature.
A specially designed grid ensures consistency in the placement of all design elements.
PHOTOGRAPHY IN HARMONY
Our photographic style is abstract and refined. People and furniture merge in a play of shapes, lines, light and shadow.
This interplay creates a unique aesthetic and a timeless, serene atmosphere that perfectly suits "le nouveau Recor.
RECOR's renewed branding is used widely, from exhibition stands, seat labels, advertisements, stationery to brochures. Today, RECOR is also making a strong impression online with the new house style.
